Rewards/Notices Good Work - PanCare looks at employees work ethic and potential. I have seen them promote qualified personnel and give opportunities to those who show initiative. PanCare really wants to see all of their employees succeed, and celebrates with them as they do. CEO/ Corporate Cares about Employees - During the last hurricane PanCare closed down all sites to allow employees to prepare and remain safe during the inclement weather. They remained closed after to give employees time to recover and for flooding to recede. Their man concern was employee and patient safety, and continued to pay employees during the days off. PanCare does many things to express gratitude and care to employees. The retirement and health benefits are nice too! Public Health, Community Care - PanCare instill the importance of serving the community in all of its employees. You have to enjoy giving back to the community in order to work here. I have worked in Public Health for 13 years, and PanCare is about more than just meeting a data point. Our CEO and Corporate staff foster an environment of care for our community and offer services that improve the health of residents in our service area. There are so many give back opportunities, If you like public health it is very fulfilling.
Cons
Not really a con, but PanCare is a fast paced, focused organization, that asks for the best from its employees. It also gives the best and is par-none the best organization I have worked for. However, If your not willing to provide quality work and care for patients and the community this is not for you.
