Small company ,good to work for person who stay only for limited days like 1 to 3 month . Management who handle project from outside office is good .

Lot of con's : Treat employee like lab our No word benifit of employee Clause of company every time like monthly change by management If you have signed any document ,you must read and confirm written other wise lot of terms and condition like insurance company Managers only know himself , if any problem occurs in work ,directly blame you If you're right and you're not friendly with manager either your are working hard , company have no matter with your work . You have easily drop this company .
