Pros
Our team is small but cohesive. Manager of team is very approachable as well as many of the people who work here. Had many questions in the beginning but everyone was always willing to explain whenever I needed and was never made to feel uncomfortable or inferior when asking. This quality is huge in my opinion for new hires. Comfort translated to a very fluid workplace
Cons
Internet activity for different sites were restricted and it felt a bit childish any company at the moment would continue to do this in 2016.
