Pros
Great group of PMs and PMO Regional Directors are phenomenal. Sales team is highly favorable. Process Improvement within PMO and BSE strategies seem to provide well needed structure and definition to support. business needs
Cons
Working in silos seems to be the going method of communication between middle management and their direct reports. Dishonesty, gossip and a lack of support seems to prevail with a couple of middle managers. Discriminatory and bullying behavior is sometimes profound yet not dealt with.
