Few months bonus is confirmed for every year even though company is not earning They not really that strict on 5-10 mins late at work. They offer you to have internal department switch, quite nice if you are not happy with current department. Work life balance.
Cons
Internal politics -- the most scariest part I once experienced two managers were verbally fighting each other sitting on chair while juniors were standing right behind their boss. The whole situation was like gangster's movie. Yes, HONGKONG gangter's movie. You know what I am talking about.
