Pros
Company car for sales people, good benefits, unlimited travel budget, good place to start a career, can make some good money in certain sales positions.
Cons
The Japanese live and breath spreadsheets, even though they have a CRM in place they want people to do manual spreadsheets, MASSIVE territories for some sales people, Panasonic is a hardware company that is horrible at software and doesnt follow industry standards with some products or is behind years with todays technology. Not a great place for a career woman who wants to move up in Management.
