Pros
Above average benefits. If you're looking for great medical, dental, 401k match, PTO, ect...you'd bee hard-pressed to find better. Interesting work. Constant growth and good job stability. Overtime always available but never mandatory.
Cons
Pay is not great if you're not a salary employee. A culture of politics and fear at locations away from HQ. No supervision of middle management, and they can get a little carried away with personal vendettas. HR and upper management all in California, so local management is not kept in check. I've seen it cost many good employees their jobs.
