Pros
The company’s history and values are very impressive. The benefits and salary are similar to others companies for similar roles.
Cons
Panasonic has had 4 CEOs in the last 5 years in North America. All that means the company’s business and goals are in constant flux. I don’t think the middle managers have the resources or training needed to keep aligning with the new goals and business plans with all the change over in the CEO position.
