Employees tend to be knowledgeable and experienced. Very few projects are shelved though many are underutilized. Employees tend to be friendly and cooprative.
Cons
Employee structured development is minimal. The method and extent of the emphasis on profits and current bottom line adversely impact product quality and longevity and ultimately customer and employee satisfaction.
