Pros
Barely even one: There are a few (just a few) good people trying to do good, but...
Cons
Dinosaur of a company living off of past glory (and unethical behavior - Google "Panasonic Avionics Foreign Corrupt Practices Act") . Huge backlog of orders that could not get filled. Everything is bespoke solution - 50 different solutions to the same problem. That means they cannot launch new hardware or software products across their customer portfolio, but have to do everything piecemeal. Zero efficiency of scale. Zero vision. Zero innovation. Constantly working a five-year plan that is simply a task list but not supported by a discernible mission. They are ripe for an aggressive, innovative competitor to wipe out their market share. The most political place I've worked. Rather than solving problems, people protect their little fiefdom. No company-wide understanding of what each group is doing - at a company wide meeting one staffer asked about why the company doesn't do X, when there is an entire department staffed and working on X. No opportunity for promotion. Impossible to get resources for problems that management have deemed important. IMO it's just not a good place for people who seek excellence. So many good people have bailed. Low pay, poor management, too political and antiquated.
