Pros
Started working as an MSR, It was an alright experience make sure you speak up they like to take advantage of the new guys who work with you like an overfed horse. Pros 1-hour lunch, free time flexibility exposure to the major airlines. Mostly IFE, not aircraft maintenance experience.
Cons
Not enough work-life balance, management is horrible and adds a lot to the stress factors, You have to have a lot of patience, waiting for movies to load sitting and watching the monitor, to load or the progress bar to advance.
