Pros
They have a lot of good polices in place for employees. Easy to move within other departments.
Cons
Little vacation time. Understaffed. Hire agencies with poor performing staff because they don't want to spend the $ on interactive. You do get what you pay for. Co-workers and colleagues back stabbing.
