Cons
Lousy HR management led to low pay raise and unfair promotion. Lack of company direction and top management has no leadership. A subsidiary that filled with more than 50% Japanese expats thus expecting each superior or co-worker to be changing every 2-3 years. Over attention on meaningless details in most tasks.
