1) Provides good learning opportunity on the job. 2) As art of an MNC you get to dabble in many kinds of activities. 3) Work life balance is achievable. 4) Overall the organisation is now evolving and getting mature in terms of employee management and processes.
Cons
1) No attention given to quality of educational background. Low salaries given regardless. 2) Promotion is not merit based. Factor for promotion consideration are mainly seniority based if you are not well connected. 3) Some bureaucracy in getting tasks done slows down the activity.
