Pros
Most of the people there were great to work with especially in the software development teams.
Cons
A lot of poor executive decisions has cost the company lost time and money especially trying to offshore a large portion of the development and testing. Executive team doesnt have much visionary or future planning. Everything that we do is reactive and based on poor decisions made in the past
