You work on incredible projects in film and television, and a lot of the workers are pretty great.
Cons
The company bureaucracy is very bad and it's innovation is stifled constantly. The pay isn't great, and there is a lot of hero syndrome around. Almost feels like you work for a government agency to some degree.
