- The company offers only contract positions to the employees. No employee benefits are provided. - The management is poor at this place. They cannot be trusted. - Office environment is bad. People gossip all the time at this place. - Mistakes are not tolerated. If someone makes a mistake then that person is going to be tortured by quality. There is one old lady who handles deviations and works for quality. She is always yelling at the employees and is very unfriendly. Stay away from her. - The QC lab manager is an old lady. She is very unfriendly, uncooperative, does not like change and yells at her employees a lot. If you are going to work in the lab then find ways to deal with her. - There is no opportunity for growth at this place. - During the job interview, the managers use a common line to hire candidates "we are like a family here". Don't fall into this trap. We leaver our families at home and work in a team at a workplace.
