Pros
The company has a good culture. People you work with are usually very nice. Once you get along, it feels like a family. Management reviews your performance every 6 month and if you do a good job, you may get a raise every time so that's a motivation. You get to enjoy free food during breaks and good employee discounts after hours.
Cons
It's an extremely demanding job, physically and mentally. You have to keep up with all the standards, food safety and food processing procedures, not mentioning the load of work during rush hours. You don't get to chill at work. You're expected to work constantly, be autonomous, look for work to do, not wait to be assigned tasks. The company claims to believe in the quality of its employees rather the quantity, therefore, you'd feel like you're always short of staff.
