20% off for friends and family. Free food when working. Lots of over time if you would like. Minimum wage where I work is $10 with raise every 6 months.
Cons
Bad management, bad work environment, AC doesn't work so we're always sweating. I work in drive thru so it's not bad for me since the window is right there. Always under staffed and don't hire a lot. Bad work life balance.. They'll schedule you anywhere from 43 to 50 hours if they have to. Doesn't matter if your a student or a parent. Panda believes you should be all about the company. If you can't comply with the hours they'll bad mouth you. I know at my store you have a bad reputation if you talk to HR.
