Managers, rude customers, the worst training I have ever seen, only focus on the wrong things and never on what you actually did right, don't adjust to newbies, terrible time management, not enough people on the floor to help out and make sure the lines moves more swiftly, constant comparison to other stores, no explanation for how things are to be done until after attempting and being yelled at to do it right but seriously how? They tell you to bring your own cup. They don't reimburse you for your ca food handler card. They don't tell you , direct deposit is not an option because apparently they will charge you $20.00 off your bonus if you don't. Unrealistic expectations, terrible explanations for everything, critique in non helpful ways in front of the customers, ask you to go home within 2 hours if you can't keep up. Can't take your free food home.
