Pros
There were a lot of young people that just graduated high school like me so it was good to have someone else your age to understand your pain. Got a raise in my interview because they said they feel like they could trust me and do good for the company.
Cons
It was just incredibly stressful and the schedule was never accurate. The PIC(People in charge) held a not so silent grudge against me which caused unnecessary tension and drama in the workplace.
