Make you work like a Robot . 12-13hrs work everyday . Even on your off days or VL they can bother you if they need you. Zero support from direct supervisor specially shortage of staff they will not help you . They will even blame you when people leave . Upper management when you speak up will curse you , so better just shut your mouth ! Company in totality is a great company only those people who work on it makes it’s bad due to lack not taking care of their people but focus more on delivering results no matter what it takes for their people .
