there is no flexibility and almost always you will be asked to come in on your days off, also there is no consequences for being late or not showing up. Kitchen team will not communicate with front crew. So when they don't cook you deal with angry customers. In drive thru you are expected to run it all by yourself, as in make plates, take orders, call food, take money, and occasionally cook
