They are really big on promoting from within. Also they like to teach you their mindset to better your life. Very big on continuous education. Not just a job but also helps you become a better person.
Cons
Some cons about working at Panda is that they have difficult tests and panel interviews in order to be promoted. Instead of showing how hard you work its like school. They tend to hire intelligent people instead of hard workers. Managers are book smart but dont like to work hard.
