      very unique, people-oriented culture. The owners, Peggy and Andrew Cherng, are sincere and dedicated people, and their vision percolates throughout the company.

      I didn't see too much potential for upward mobility, unless I moved into Operations

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
