Pros
My manager and team members were very cool and understanding, but I have heard horror stories of managers who were unreasonable. The pay was decent and I was able to schedule my work around my other responsibilities.
Cons
Very hard work, skeleton crews. Often just two people in the kitchen, who had to do everything from cooking to cleaning and even some prep. Physically very exhausting. Also, somewhat difficult to get hours. Some people work need to work 6 days just to hit 40 hours. Also, the culture can be kind of cult-y. You have to be a hardcore panda fan and talk about how it changed your life to move up. No room in management for people who want work-life balance.
