Pros
I really love Panda but I think I have pretty much grown out of the job. I think it was a tremendous place to start off and if i was maybe in a different region I’d still feel like I could grow there but honestly I got to the point where I was running in circles with my manager and nothing ever changed and I will be leaving here shortly. It’s a good place to learn about a lot of things and new perspectives. I started in 2021 as a front counter help and worked up to shift lead, and then learned kitchen help and cook roles and became a cook after. Because I started from the bottom in the front I feel like I ended up with more responsibility than I needed a lot of the time with my title .. I don’t know. Good place to learn
