-Great support system -Live chat for tech issues -Nicely organized -Creative freedom -Respectful of cultural differences -Full of helpful, high-quality resources -Fair pay that adjusts based on the type of class -Caring, patient, and professional atmosphere -A positive relationship with the students and their families -Both live and recorded training available -Clear communication (very speedy if you have a question or concern) -Preschool tutors receive approved props for those lessons (so helpful!) -Summers are typically busy(!) and it doesn't take long to get "regulars" -Turnover rate is nonexistent (the tutors that joined years before me are still there) -Flexible schedule (also: you set your preference on how far in advance the students can book with you) -Management handles things with parents so the tutor just focuses on teaching their students -Still paid the same rate if a student doesn't show up for their scheduled lesson -Ability to work anywhere with a stable internet connection and professional background -Receive tutor notes from previous lessons so you're up to speed even if it is your first lesson with the returning student (some new students complete assessments so you'll have that information beforehand too) -Management regularly asks the tutors for their advice/ideas (I met with one of the leaders twice just to go over my thoughts and he took them very seriously) Also: I received a bonus at the end of the year for being one of the busiest tutors. The team is quick to praise if they hear any positive feedback from students/parents
Cons
I worked for PandaTree for 2.5 years and I'm really struggling to think of a "con". I tried other tutoring companies before them and nothing compares, in my opinion. If I could stay longer, I definitely would.
