      Good opportunity to learn automation testing and work with modern tools. The team is supportive and there is exposure to real product development cycles. Engineers get hands-on experience with testing frameworks, debugging issues, and collaborating with developers. It is a good place for freshers or early career engineers to build strong fundamentals.

      Cons

      Workload can sometimes increase during release cycles and deadlines. Processes and documentation can improve further to make onboarding and knowledge sharing easier for new team members.
