      Good Teamwork Flex Working Time

      Cons

      Overall the working time exceeds 9 hours per day and company does not give compensation. HR department is disconnected with employees and closed themselves to the feedbacks. Career development support is not a thing in the company. Apart from salary, there is no good compensation.
