      Pangolia is dedicated to providing valuable content and resources for all of it's websites. The company has strong values and ethics, such as freedom, trust, and integrity. The team is not only led by motivated, supportive and positive individuals, but all teammates are like-minded and driven. The company takes care of its employees and does its best to ensure that everyone is continuously learning, growing, and excelling in their roles. Being a fully remote company allows employees to have the freedom to work from anywhere and choose their own hours which is an added benefit to an already great work environment!

      Cons

      It can be hard to get to know other employees who are on different teams due to time zone differences etc.

      Pros

      All-remote team is empowered to take ownership of their roles, which provides plenty of independence for motivated self-starters who want to advance quickly. Promotion usually comes from within, administration is organized and fair. People love their jobs and have completely bought into the company's mission, which is to be the biggest, brightest, and most helpful pet care resource on the internet.

      Cons

      Remote work means we don't really get to interact with our co-workers except on Zoom calls. This should change in the future as the company expands.
