- excellent team of people - everyone is really passionate and skilled at what they do

Cons
The downsides that come with Panna are the downsides that come with any startup. The hours could be shorter, the workload could be lighter, but i if you see those things as total downsides and not as challenges, then Panna may not be the place for you. Everyone here works really hard toward their goals, if you're coming from a large corporation or a cushy job then working at Panna could be a big adjustment.
