Pros
This is a group of talented, hardworking folks who are extremely smart, resourceful and collaborative. When I first came onboard, I had no idea what to expect from this small company of nerds. Over a year later, I can say I learn something new every single day - whether if that means technical skills, knowledge for the many hats I get to wear, or my personal journey. I'm grateful for the autonomy and trust this company has shown me. Thank you to my peers and senior leadership at Panopta for the good vibes and always having my back.
Cons
We are often heads down, and laser focused on our tasks. Everyone is very much in it together and someone will always offer help, however there can be challenges. The day-to-day is a tightrope walk of being both proactive and reactive - at least in my particular position.
