No room for improvement or promotion

Great mountain, good reciprocals, ok staff housing

You get promoted purely for length of employment with panorama rather than skill, but otherwise there is no interest to retain staff and listen earnestly to feedback. Resort wants to maximise profits without any investments or care for their staff.
