Pros

Before the restructure moral was great on my team

Cons

The company will lie for their own benefit. We were hired with the promise in our contract of bonus potential, and then a mass restructuring was done two weeks before our guarantee was in place. They claim to be a remote work environment, but micromanage every detail of every aspect of the operations. Each market is different and they try to run it as a whole each state is not apples to apples. They don’t trust the advice given by the people that they hired nor do they put a focus on the patients first the company only cares about status and money . If you bring up an issue or ask a question you will get in trouble and your question will never be answered. This company is one of the worst I’ve worked for in my entire career. I was hired to build up a Newmarket from scratch, hiring all new team members, acclimating, physicians, and offices in meeting specific KPI‘s indicated by the organization. We were one of the top markets in the entire country with one of the top providers across all VBC companies, our team morale was very high patients and physicians love working with us, and we were successful. Only to have them out of the blue layoff managers and team members. Resulting in destroying the teams, morale and many unhappy doctors.

Pros

Remote work, decent benefits and good pay, elevated opportunities for inexperienced professionals

Cons

Continuous layoffs and ever-changing leadership, micromanagement and selective support, innovation and free- thinking not widely embraced or credited, talent routinely deployed on low-value work far beneath their capabilities or altogether meaningless in value to the company
