They will provide you with excellent career training and skill program. Yearly holidays and employee benefits are provided. There is lot of room for improvement in the organisation.

      Always treated me like family. Very upfront and transparent about pay divisions. Open to pay negotiations. Very proactive around immigration matters.

      Cons

      Takes them longer to find higher experience job opportunities. Pay rate might be lower because they don't have many direct client relationships.
