Pros
Pretty laidback environment with good work/life balance. You can coast along very easily without doing much, many of the people who work here do just that. Many people that I genuinely liked as people, just not as coworkers or management.
Cons
The company's vision is all over the place and very confusing. They just acquire other software without really knowing what it is or does and no real plan of how it fits in. Leadership is comprised of a bunch of people that used to work together in various capacities. They like to pride themselves on being extremely deliberate in how they acquire companies and employees, but it results in a giant mess. Even though HR was adamant layoffs were not in the future due to their ill-advised business decisions, there have been several rounds of layoffs since then and, I'm certain, more coming. Take note that the leaders with a personal relationship history were not the ones laid off. The culture is very reminiscent of high school cliques where you have to fit in with the "in crowd" to be valued, sprinkled with an obscene level of micromanagement and contradictory instruction from leadership so much so that I experienced mental whiplash nearly every day.
