Pros

I joined Panco in 2016 and I am still here obviously, lol. The company has grown a lot since I started, from company parties for all employees to team building days. The training is also very informative. Initially when I started, they did not have a training program at all and now they have intro classes you take once you're first hired. Which is awesome! This company is still rapidly growing and the opportunities. They are definitely big on hiring within and recognizing hard work from my experience thus far.

Cons

Pay grade and raises. I have friends who work for other Property Management companies around the area as Leasing Consultants and are making more than what I make as an Assistant PM. Nonetheless, I do really enjoy working for the company and the people here, gives the work environment a family feel.

Pros

Wonderful staff, great work environment, organized management, work load is well spread and not overwhelming. Well managed properties.

Cons

-needs to do better at implementing AI for redundant simple tasks like leaving voicemails/certain emails and calls/recurring resident requests -have to be there even if there’s no tours and all the work can be done on the computer and phone -no additional employee development/trainings provided to grow skills

Pros

Great team culture that genuinely supports each other. The work itself is varied and interesting, which keeps things engaging. Management is approachable and there's a real sense of collaboration across the team. Good opportunity to build skills in property management quickly.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can feel overwhelming at times, but it's manageable once you find your rhythm.
