      Pros

      Great coworkers and work culture, love my development manager. He is very talented and a good mentor. Working hour is flexible. I have learnt a lot during my time there

      Cons

      Need proper Business analyst and clear acceptance criteria. Outsourcing QA team might be a good idea financially but a lot of time is spent on training those new qa. The product itself is quite complicated and not that user friendly yet

      Australia team work closely with customers and are very helpful

      Due to the time delay information from Australia can take a bit of time to reach US.
