      Pros

      Core Values by the CEO were excellent. Benefits were OK at best. I enjoyed working with our customers (store managers)

      Cons

      Unfortunately, middle and low-level management did not follow core values laid out by the CEO and upper-level management

      1. Very Low Pay 2. Corporate Values and Mission are not modeled by store management and leads. 3. Teamwork is rare; staff work for themselves. 4. Dirty cleaning is resisted by staff. 5. Consumer Affairs rates PJ as a 2 out of 5 stars.
