CEO and leadership will not promote or encourage growth nor recognize your work and treat you appropriately if you do not subscribe to the company's Christian undertones. You are treated very differently if you are a person of color or not following the faith. Constant environment of prayer circles, critical character judgements, and anal retentive policies directly related to church values.
