-Manager and higher ups can’t bring project from Houston -Projects borrowed from San Antonio -Not Balanced, too many employees, too less projects, no work sometimes, somtimes too much pressure. -Office politics -Bad female manager in houston office -Combined with another company costello, has some politics going on, costello workers were friendly
