Pros
The leadership team is excellent and emphasizes doing the right thing. I have felt very nurtured in terms of my managerial development, not only for me to succeed and grow in my role, but training and support to help me support my team and develop them the same way. Pay plus compensation is solid. I'm given the freedom to manage my team as needed and have support from above whenever needed. Almost all the way up the "ladder," there is no politics to promotions, just proving yourself. The company values community involvement and volunteering at all levels.
Cons
It is a meritocracy--to me this is a good thing but may not be to everyone.
