I am very grateful for all opportunities given to me since I started working at PD, and could not imagine working anywhere else in San Antonio. My coworkers hold themselves to the highest standards, which makes my job rewarding and fun. The company is always looking for ways to take care of its employees and make an impact in the community. My salary and benefits are very satisfying. Paid overtime is great. Amazing, new office building in San Antonio.
Cons
Would like to see more flexibility in work hours and vacation time. The work is fast paced, which might not be a good fit for everyone.
