Silly work environment - management always has some "charity" that they ask their employees to contribute to, on a monthly basis. Silly birthday gatherings once a month - "office Olympic games" once a year - it is a very feminine work environment. Some employees have light schedules (2 days a week), others have to put in 10 - 12 hours per day. Lower end of the civil engineering design field; (fast food restaurants & drainage ditches) - not very challenging work.
