Pros
Pape-Dawson is a 54 year old company that is growing quickly, including both organically and inorganically. There are a lot of opportunities here. The owners are very nice people and I think they hire people in their image. Although everyone is on tight deadlines, they still have time to answer your questions.
Cons
None so far. Personally, I thought it was nice to have my inbox full of things to do on my first day. If you don't like "drinking for a fire hydrant," this might not be the place for you.
