Cons
Working here in winter was a terrible experience. Everyone walked around wearing coats or blankets. There were multiple days where everyone was sent home, because the building heat couldn't meet the state-required OSHA minimum temperature for the indoors of an office building.
The biggest issue was the lack of a clear reporting structure. I didn't have a supervisor to go to with issues. You had to memorize where the QA team members or leads sat, and hope one of them was around in the event help was needed.
Feedback was delivered by randomly-thrown slips of paper. Consequences for failing to meet targets were not communicated. Again, there was no direct manager relationship and requesting a face-to-face meeting wasn't the done thing.
