Pros

Amazing work culture, amazing people (the founders and the managing director were among the most respectful and amazing mentors one can wish for), cool projects.

Cons

Nothing negative to report, even though Glassdoor is forcing me to use at least 5 words for this section;)

Pros

Hybrid working model A group of talented creatives

Cons

Zero training, support or guidance, yet you’re made to feel dumb or incompetent if you don’t know how to perform your job Talked to in a condescending manner and being cut off constantly when you do speak Upper management gossip about employees - in front of the team in the open A general feeling of hostility in the air, like you’re walking on egg shells Time watching and micro managing - many work late nights and weekends without a shred of a thank you Zero career progression nor interest in your professional development Huge egos that aren’t willing to admit when they’re wrong

Pros

Gained insight into agency life (at Shanghai office) from a multicultural perspective - whether it was working with a team who originated from places all across the globe or getting to build internal and external content for multicultural consumers, interning at PSS was an eye-opening and life changing experience. Met some great creative directors, graphic designers, and account managers.

Cons

Communication in the office - ambiguous instructions; mostly done over Slack even though we're sitting inches away from each other.
