Pros
Good co workers. Enjoyed getting to know the staff that didn’t work in editorial.
Cons
Overworked with no compensation. Constantly chaotic. Can expect lots of screaming from the editorial team. The co founders are ex husband and wife and cannot communicate. I wouldn’t work for this company again if they offered me triple the salary I had. No room for growth either and large turnover rate due to poor management.
