Awful Company to Work For - Sales PaperLess Europe Employee Review

Pros

Not far from Sliema front

Cons

Please read the previous person's review for some of the reasons and also look at the website to see for yourself how amateurish this company is. Awful, unorganised training. The 'office' is a small converted apartment and you will share a 3m x 3m 'sales room' with 2 other people, constantly trying to shout over each other. Every area of the company is controlled by one person who believes he knows best on everything and will never listen to another point of view or ideas. No infrastructure to support clients (2 software support staff for over 100+ clients) so once they are on board, you are left to deal with their constant complaints. Product and equipment (laptop, CRM etc) for you to use is dated. Basic salary is ridiculous and there are zero other benefits. Without a doubt the worst company and setup I've ever experienced. It's not even a stepping stone to a better job.

Pros

- company employees are good hard working people which are trying to make it through out the day with the super aggressive management

Cons

- old technologies being used - no real software engineering knowledge - one person knows it all - small apartment office that makes you feel like you don't want going back to office again - support oriented company - no proper quality assurance techniques in place to improve KPI and to cut down support - very aggressive management and small office - management yelling at employees for nothing most of the time - company violates EU employment rights with some employees - even if you resign the management will forcibly try to get you back although they know it is illegal - if you resign they will try not to pay your accrued vacation leave and will drag you all the way down until it is their way - the company will try to extort a positive review on GlassDoor from employees - Last few positive reviews for the company are not bona fide
